Kim Lehmann Gonzalez serves as our Director of Advancement. She holds a BBA in Finance from Texas A&M University. While in college, Kim purchased her first investment property and that move sparked her lifelong passion for investments and real estate.
Upon Graduation from A&M, she began her career as a Co-Portfolio Manager and Head Equity Trader with a mutual fund company in Houston, Texas. A New Braunfels native, Kim moved back to the San Antonio area in 1998 to become the Principal and Head Institutional Trader of a local securities trading firm. In 2003, she left the securities world to return to her original passion, investment real estate. She founded Segue Investment Group, LLC where she facilitated the acquisition, rehabilitation and successful disposition of her personal portfolio of real estate as well as earned her real estate broker’s license. In 2011, Kim joined forces with her husband Mario and his business partner to launch Gonzalez Longoria Realty, LLC. She spent seven years serving as the Controller for their parent company and continues to serve as their Managing Broker.
Throughout her professional career, Kim has been active in her home parish, Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church and School, where both of her children attend. She served as School Council President and Head of Finance. She worked to advance the growth of the school and parish and was instrumental in the delivery of new campus facilities. In recognition of her efforts, in 2016 she was recognized as an “Outstanding Leader in Catholic Education” by the Archdiocese of San Antonio. She is excited to lead the Advancement team where she will continue to promote the mission of Catholic schools by overseeing the growth and financial vitality of our school and campus facilities.
